The problem

AHCEBRIAN is a Madrid company that represents Turkish manufacturers in Spain.

It handles every deal from sample to delivery. With one person.

Today that means 3 manufacturers and 4 languages. Everything goes through the same hands.

And that person has to create content and win buyers as if there were a team behind them.

On top of that, many deals close with China and Turkey. But Spanish public tender documents only come out in Spanish.

What I did

I run AHCEBRIAN's digital side and its processes, day to day. I built the website from scratch, and I add internal tools when the business needs them, not before.

The list of pieces matters less than the rules they're built on. There are four:

  • €0 a month. Everything runs on the free plans of Cloudflare and Supabase. If a piece doesn't fit, it gets redesigned.

  • AI proposes, a person publishes. Claude writes drafts. Nothing goes live on the website until someone has reviewed it.

  • Claude can work in the CRM, but it can't delete or send. It can search, add notes and create tasks. At most, it prepares a draft reply that a person sends.

  • As little as possible to third parties. GDPR, no email open tracking and no third-party services that aren't needed: no avatars, no company icons, no telemetry.

How it works

  • Website in 4 languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese and Turkish. Static and fast, with a page for each manufacturer and each product line. Around 340 URLs in the sitemap.

  • CMS with AI-made content: a custom admin panel at /admin. Claude writes the articles from the website and the business's technical data sheets. The images come from Magnific via MCP.

  • PDF translator that keeps the layout: tables, logos and columns stay where they are. It's built with PyMuPDF and the document isn't stored anywhere. It replaces ad-supported free tools, or paid ones. The code is open source (AGPL-3.0) and on GitHub.

  • Custom CRM with an MCP server: contacts, companies, opportunities on a kanban board, tasks and email from the real mailbox. Push alerts, a daily digest and an iCal calendar. Leads from the website form come in on their own, with a note and a task.

Claude manages the CRM over MCP, with OAuth and 17 locked-down tools.

Locking them down isn't paranoia. Emails that land in the CRM are third-party text, and an email can carry hidden instructions for the AI. If Claude can only do specific things, the worst case stays small.

Outcome

Technical articles of around 11 minutes' reading time, published in 4 languages at once and at a steady pace. In its first two weeks, the blog had 4 articles published and 3 in draft.

So a one-employee company publishes like a marketing department.

In the CRM, around 80% of lead management is automated. And it all still costs €0 a month.

What I take away: under hard constraints, AI pays off when you put it where it multiplies the work, with clear limits.

Writing and sorting, yes. Publishing, deleting or sending, no.
